Nicole Scherzinger is said to be dating ‘X Factor’ host Steve Jones.
A source told Heat Magazine: “From the beginning, X Factor executives encouraged Nicole and Steve to build their chemistry, and get to know each other better over drinks. But since then, things have moved on.”
So, why are they keeping things a secret?
Apparently, they need to get permission to date from their boss Simon Cowell.
